Product characteristics

• Colour: straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
• Aroma: fragrant, typical of the Moscato bianco grapes, with hints od sage and acacia flowers.
• Taste: delicately sweet, aromatic and characteristic.
• Production method: low temperature fermentation with Charmat Method, refinement for at least 30 days.
• Serving temperature: 8/10° C
• Gastronomic matches: ideal with desserts, in particular dried biscuits, nougat and fruit salads. Perfect as sweet aperitif, with cheeses and cured meats.
